Itek Industries does not store any data from any transaction involving credit information. Therefore, you must resubmit your credit card information for each new transaction.

Purchasing Policy

Any purchase carried out on www.itekindustries.ca can possibly be returned. The request must be made within 7 days of the date of receipt of the order. If the order placed contains an error, the client must contact our Customer Service to discuss exchange opportunities and procedures to follow.

Exportation

Any purchase carried out on www.itekindustries.ca is made FCA (Free Carrier), unless otherwise specified. 

Order Preparation Time

The usual deadline for order preparation varies from 24 to 72 hours if the product is in stock. Otherwise, the deadline shall be extended to two weeks. In case this new deadline does not suit you, you can contact us from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (standard Eastern Time) to let us know of your intentions.

Transport

A shipping confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your product is picked up by the carrier. You will find in the message the carrier's name, phone number and website (if any) so that you can track your order. Itek Industries takes no responsibility for delivery time between its storehouses and the place of delivery; this deadline is the responsibility of the shipping company. Itek Industries is doing everything in its power to retain the services of the carrier that offers the best deadlines.
